Dr. (Brig.) SS Anand is an alumnus of King George's Medical College, Lucknow, and completed DRM from INMAS, Delhi, as well as MD (Radiology) from PGI Chandigarh.

He has been a teacher & examiner for DRM, DNB and MD Nuclear Medicine and MD Radiology and has numerous research papers to his credit.

He set up the PET CT & Cyclotron Centre in Army Hospital R&R, Delhi in 2006.

He was the President of Society of Nuclear Medicine India in 2006-2007. 

His academic excellence and dedication to his profession saw him rising to the post of Dean of the Army College of Medical Sciences (ACMS), New Delhi and Dean of Hamdard Medical College, New Delhi.

Dr Anand has expertise in general Radiology and PET CT scans.
